They've been at least that expensive for the 6-7 years that I've owned my Wrangler.

That really makes me wish I could drive to Rhode Island to buy one. Unfortunately, driving 3,000 miles to do that wouldn't be very cost effective.

Almost every one of the pics was put through a filter, I don't even know what the lifted truck actually looks like.

Like my GrandPappy said, only way to learn is to do it yourself. Even if you break some things along the way.
