I would never buy a Compass, but I do own a Patriot. Same platform, but the FD2 package and the Jeep looks make all the difference. The Patriot is a much better Jeep than a Compass, and I bought my 08 Patriot with 18k miles for $17500. That Compass is a ripoff.
