Winter Jack (Daniels)

Anyone tried it? It's on promo sale over here, wanted to know if it was any good.

Quote:
Jack Danielís Winter Jack is a seasonal blend of apple cider liqueur, Jack Danielís Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey and holiday spices. It is based on an original family recipe from Jackís home in Lynchburg, Tennessee. When itís cold outside and snow is falling, our heartwarming Tennessee Cider should be enjoyed with friends and family.

Winter Jack is best served warm. Once heated, it has an inviting aroma of warm apple cider, orange peel, cinnamon, clove and Jack Danielís Tennessee Whiskey. The taste is reminiscent of apple pie complemented with Tennessee Whiskey and seasonal spices, with a finish of toasted oak and vanilla.

Available in October for a limited time in the following locations: AK, CO, CT, DE, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MT, NV, NH, NJ, NY, ND, OH, OR, PA, RI, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, WA, WI & Canada

I would, but it's not sold in California. The hippies here don't drink much whiskey, which is surprising given that it's organic.

30 proof? Kinda like a hot toddy or scotch in your coffee.

I'd rather buy a bottle of Jack and some Louisburg Cider (local to me).

Warm the cider, mix, enjoy............mmmmmm!

Oh - and Anchor Steam I give 2 thumbs up.
