It will because the force of the moving conveyor only applies to the tires. Realistically it would only make the tires rotate, but it would apply some force to the plane itself. The thrust from the engines would therefore push the plane forward and take off.

your kidding right??? the plane wouldnt be able to go forward if the belt was moving backwords
