i was looking thru some Grand Cherokees and came across a 98 limited, lifted with rubicon wheels and tires, so i take a look and read about it...he says it has the 5.9L engine, which it clearly doesnt..if you look at the details on the jeep, it doesnt have the mesh grill, doesnt have the same patter in the leather seats, doesnt have the wood grain around the gear shifter, and most of all, dosnt say 5.9 magnum under the V-8 logo on the tail gate...i decided to write him a fairly friendly letter, but to the point about how he should change it so the buyer doesnt buy it, then ask for his money back or even worse off, try to sue him....

anyways, heres what i wrote to him...the only thing i forgot to mention is that the 5.9s have the mesh grill...ah well, he'll get the point im sure

now, i was just reading thru your information on this Jeep ZJ, and saw that you say it has a 5.9L V-8 engine. im only going to inform you of this so you dont have an angry buyer, but that jeep does not have the 5.9. It does, however, have the 5.2 V-8. I have plenty of reasons to back that statement up. In the 5.9 limiteds, they have wood grain around the gear shifter, they do not even have a fan shroud in the front of the engine, which yours does, the pattern on the leather seats on the 5.9 for straight back and fourth, while on the 5.2 limiteds, they have the block style pattern in the leather....also, the 5.9s have a badge that says "5.9 Magnum" under the V-8 logo on the tailgate

so before some one buys it believing they are getting one of the worlds fastest SUVs of '98, maybe you should change it..ive been a jeep driver since i could drive, and have had one in the family since i was born...i know my jeeps like the back of my hand
