INGREDIENTS:
oil for deep frying
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup hot sauce (The hotter the sauce you use the better )
1 dash ground black pepper
1 dash garlic powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
10 chicken wings

DIRECTIONS:

1 Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). The oil should be just enough to cover wings entirely, an inch or so deep. Combine the butter, hot sauce, pepper and garlic powder in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir together and heat until butter is melted and mixture is well blended. Remove from heat and reserve for serving.

2 In a small bowl mix together the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Place chicken wings in a large nonporous glass dish or bowl and sprinkle flour mixture over them until they are evenly coated. Cover dish or bowl and refrigerate for 60 to 90 minutes.

3 Fry coated wings in hot oil for 10 to 15 minutes, or until parts of wings begin to turn brown. Remove from heat, place wings in serving bowl, add hot sauce mixture and stir together. Serve.

Get a jar of Anchor Bar wing sauce

Its the best. Add chopped jalapenos or similar if its not hot enough for you (or buy the hotter version)

i just go down to Costco and buy there bigest bag of wings either spicy, plain how ever u want them.
I place Wings in glass or deep baking dish. Pour hotsauce (your choice for level of heat) bake in oven at approx 400 rotate after 10-15 min (or when ever the look 1/2 cooked) pour more hotsauce onto wings @ place back in oven on broil.
till wings look crisp and ready.

DarkGift06 Dipping sauce.

Combine 1/2 cup Sour cream, 2 tb spoons of mayo, 1/4 cup of ranch salid dressing,
1-2 tb spoons of red chilli flakes depending on heat level your looking for, squeze 1/2 a lemmons juice and mix.

Great for watching hockey if there was any

I hate Anchor Bar. even the restaurant, my friends drag me there all the time. I get stuffed shells. In my opinion, the local pizza places here in Buffalo make better wings.

Just melt butter and mix in Frank's Red Hot Sauce (key ingredient in Anchor Bar sauce but cheaper) and you have true Buffalo wings.

That's how I do it. I marinate them in a little Franks and crushed garlic for a few hours before I cook them. You can also just cook your wings (unmarinated) then sprinkle them with a mix of garlic salt and pepper. Those are really good and not as spicy or messy.

I absolutely love "frank's red hot buffalo wing sauce" it is not the same as frank's red hot, it comes pre made as a buffalo wing sauce. it is incredible, me and a few friends buy it by the half gallon at BJ's, we call it "liquid gold"

for the buffalo wing "amateur" it would seem pretty hot, for the experienced wing eater, it is a good "hotness" with a great flavor! so it is great for everyone!

There is a chain place called wild wings. If you ever get the chance, go there. They have like 35 flavors of wings. I would love to have those recipes. Everytime I go to Charleston I have to stop there. Of course it makes the hour and a half drive back very intresting after gorging on wings.

The recipe on the texas pete bottle isnt bad, not great either. I've tried some of the pre mix things you pick up in grocery stores. They come with a marinade you add water too and a bag you toss in the oven. Those things are horrible.

They changed the recipe somewhere years ago and it is nothing like it used to be. But I admit, I get a craving for them sometimes. They are the only place around here with breaded wings.

This chick im seeing makes really good hot wings, they are deep fried, then coated in a sauce that is made up of ONLY franks red hot jalepeno and blue cheese dressing, its realllly good, now those are finger licking good....although they have more flavour then "hotness" that can be easily changed.

My recipe...

1. Dial 861-WING
2. Place order (usually 24 spicy garlic)
3. Drive 3.2 miles round trip
4. Serve and enjoy
5. Use wetnap
