Who in here lifts weights?

Just wondering if anybody lifts weights, bodybuilds or anything like that. Post up what you do and your stats, why you do it ect. ect. Ill start.

19 at 6'3 246 lbs. Bench-315 Squat-455 Dead-500. I lift to help with my Anxeity/ADHD.

20 years old 6'5 300 pound offensive linemen in college. lift whatever the strength coach makes us do and we don't max out anything

I lift, but I still consider myself a newbie. 36 years old, 200 lbs. Current stats are: Bench 195 for reps, Squat 200 for reps, Deadlift 295. Those stats are just going to go up. I am hoping to look like Derek Poundstone in the next year or two.

6'5, 275lbs.. been lifting just to stay in shape, i dont max or set personal best- as long asi can do my body weight+ on bench and what not....

lost over 120lbs in the past year and some change, just trying to get in shape and stay that way. shooting for 270lbs, with 10% bf. right now im at 15%

used to do the bodybuilding thing, competed in 2001 and 2002 in state, placed 5th and 2nd respectively. competed around 175ish lbs, but in the off season got to around 215ish, 315 bench, 495 deadlift and 405 squat. now we've been doing triathlons since we me and my buddies have gotten old.

Over the past few years I've been on and off in the gym. Never been satisfied with my results, as there's always been something missing from the puzzle (a consistent schedule, diet, correct exercises) but now I'm finally getting fairly serious about it.

I've definitely improved during that period of time. I'm at 196 lbs now, when I started working out I was around 175. I can't push any huge numbers but my best are my legs. Need to bring my chest, back and arms/shoulders up to par.

Going to try to bulk to at least 200 (depending on what muscle is gained and body fat is lost), or more then go for a cut for the first time.
