Yes he's a big bulldogge. At one point he was up to 107lbs, but he has since slimmed down to about 95lbs.
My wife hates this picture of her sitting around the house, but it gives you a better idea of his size. Also that's a Kong Extreme he's holding in his mouth.
He's what's know as an Olde English Bulldogge, which differs from an English Bulldog. My wife always wanted a bulldog and after we lost our first Boxer I started to do some research on bulldogs and came across the OEB breed of bulldogs. Here are a few links that explain the breed.

The Ex looking a bit disheveled after a night of camping. She was a really, really nice girl. Nothing bad I would ever say about her; the chemistry just wasn't there, though.
