who else has injured themselves working on your jeep.

I for one have done a amazing job at this.. I'm having surgery tomorrow at 6AM to remove my broken screws, I broke them putting a light bar on my jeep.. so I will be out for 7 weeks!

that means my 6.5 lift will have to wait to go on.. any one else hurt themselves beond band aidable..

new word of the day... let see it!

after reading the capturing thread topic, I was thinking knuckle busters.. which I am still healing from, things like that.

Wow, you fall off the jeep or have it rol over your foot. excuse ,if you posted reasoning.. I am just real surprised as to the extent of your injury.

Busting your knuckles always hurts like a SOB.. as for my ankle I was getting down after wiring my lights and SNAP..

msot of the time its from a bolt letting go or something like the.. and it hurts SOOO BADD!! my ankle didnt hurt till 3 hrs after.. when you bust a knuckle it hurts right then!

I knocked myself out when a ratchet fell off the engine and hit me between the eyes. It was only for like 30 seconds but i was seeing stars for a while.

And another time I was cutting a rusted U-bolt and the grinder jumped off and out of my hand right onto my forearm. It looked like I had roadrash up my arm and it hurt really bad.

my friend has the most battle scars from his jeep. while trying to undo the fill plug on his transfer case he went to roll out from underneath it, and woke up 2 hours later after hitting his head on the frame rail.

secound time he came out of the garage all bloody after trying to change a u joint the socket ricochets off the wall smashed him right in the forehead

ouch.. you said that and I felt that pain for an instant.. sorry to hear that .. your right, knuckle busters are not even in the same context.. as they happen daily or when I wrench they do anyway. And here i am living by the rule that duct tape and neo-sporin will cure anything. Your unbandadable here is a true word.. I will use it in your honor and exult your recovery.

here you go nothing like braking a bone put i was taking out some subs I didnt want anymore and the damn thing slipped and hit my toe. hurt like a $#%#&

Forgot about this one.
Was at the junkyard earlier this week and found a grill guard for my XJ. Was taking it off and not really thinking. I was laying under the XJ and taking the bolts out, got to the last 2 on the bottom when the damn thing swings down and slams right into my stomach. Had a crucial bruise across my stomach all week haha.

Thanks man...the doc is letting me keep the hardware that broke so that will be cool..
