Where is a good place to get an avatar?

I have been trying to get an avatar and have had no luck anyone now where to get one? Thanks

Don't make the same mistake I did. Don't search for one thats 100pixels x 100 pixels. Find one thats what you want and shrink it on photoshop or paint, then post it on imagestation. Only do a better job of shrinking it than I did.

Dat's what I did...grabbed an image and started monkeying with it...or was that beavering with it...oh wait no, then that would be playing with a beaver...what was I posting about anyway...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...
