When you cruise!

Today I went roughly 200 miles within a 7 hour span stopping a few times to pick up chicks / buddies and to eat. It was my first time completely taking off the top AND doors. I've learned a few things.

1. While having your doors off and top down, make sure you have no loose clothing / towels in the back.

2. Bring a lot of money for gas!

3. Sun tan lotion is your friend, especially if you're irish.

4. Damn my windshield is dirty.

So, I mostly was cruising at 40-55 mph in an open - road - type atmosphere, with the exception of about a 25 mile cruise on Interstate 80 back n forth to my buddies house. Which I was going at about 65-75 mph. I hit 80 a few times going down hill at about 2500 rpms, but going up a slight hill in 6th at 65 mph I seemed to struggle with staying at the same pace.

How many miles typically do you cruise? Favorite style? (top down, doors off / top down, doors on / doors off, sunrider down) I felt more comfortable staying in 5th gear on big high ways so I was able to accelerate up SLIGHT hills. What type of road do you to cruise on? (Open, country roads / small city roads / interstate highways)

It was a beautiful weekend, hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did!
