wheelin' music
i was just wanting some feedback on what most people listen to as the wheel. Does it depend on your terrain or speed or anything? or do yall just have one kind of music for the trip?

I usually listen to country on the way to the trail. Like we used to when I went wheelin' with my dad as a kid in his old CJ. Once we get to the trail I like to break out the harder stuff like saliva, drowning pool, disturbed, bizkit and such. That's my .02

usualy ill have on some Scandinavian metal of some sort. it can range from power metal like HammerFall or Iron Maiden to black metal like Immortal. the loud guitars really set the mood when you come up the side of a really steep hill to the top and everyone is looking at you...

The new Korn is real good. Union Underground, Distrubed, Mudvayne, stuff like that. If I wanna listen to some classic oldies, I'll go with Soundgarden, STP, or Nirvana

While actually wheeling I can't stand music.
While waiting or at the camp; Clutch, Johnny Cash, Buddy Holly, Beach Boys, Mojo Nixon, Reverend Horton Heat, Grateful Dead, Primus, Frank Zappa, RHCP, CSNY, Jay Hawkins, Monster Magnet, Tom Waits.
