Wheelin' and Dealin'

Ok, I'm looking at some Dana44 axles (front and rear) that were already attached to a YJ, so everything should fit nicely into my YJ. I'm planning on going SOA this summer anyways, so what better time to swap axles as well. This offer seems pricey, but he includes lots. Heres what is included, let me know what you think of the deal.

Grand Wagoneer Dana 44s from a 1987 waggy.
4.88 spicer gears, professionally installed with all new bearings and
seals
Detroit lockers

New (about 10 k on them):
Rotors
Calipers
Warn premium hubs
Backing plates
Wheel cylinders
Drum brake parts (springs etc)
New Ball joints

It has home made diff guards.

The front has cross over steering
Basically, it is custom made using DOM tubing and
weld in slugs, ES375 tie rod ends on the tie rod, 1 ton chevy ends on
the drag link. The cross over steering arm is custom made.
.
The tie rod on the waggy axles is above the knuckle arm, then the drag
link goes to the top of the knuckle, this is called cross over and it
is the best set up for avoiding interference between the arms. It is not HIGH steering - that would be if the tie rod was also on top of the
knuckles, but I've found that causes a lot of linkage binding. The wheels are 15 X 8 steel, with RockStomper beadlocks, making them
essentially 15 X 9.5. The offset was 0, so this means the backspacing
on the 9.5 inch wheels is 4. They fit more or less perfectly, although
I've been toying with spacing them out a bit - it's basically a personal call, the trade off being with them nice and narrow and backspaced the way they are, steering effort is a lot less, and you get a lot less steering bind. However, spaced out the tires don't hit the springs as much!

The tires are 35 X 15.5 Swampers SXs. Damn good tires, I'm simply
swapping 'up' to 38.5 14.5 SXs. I would warn anyone buying them, or SXs
of any kind, that these DO NOT make a nice street tire - no SX is
actually 'round'. I've balanced them with BBs, works much better than
any other balancing method. The tires are maybe 25% worn, have about
10K on them also.

Asking $3000 ($2,500US) for axles, $1200 ($1000US) for beadlock rims and tires, or $3800 ($3150US) for all. I am willing to negotiate.

Any comments on the price for this gear? I really have very little idea on whats a good price for these axles. I'd likely pass on the tires though.
