What's your routine?

Do you have a set routine that you go through everyday? does your day seem a little off if you aren't able to do it? I definitely do. Every morning I get up, have 2 cups of strong coffee, check my email and watch Columbo. If I can't have my coffee or can't watch Columbo then I feel like my day is already shot. What happened today? I get up at the crack of 11:00, fix my coffee, check my email and settle in for Columbo. Well lo and behold! The Celebrity Poker Tournament is on!!! WHOOPEEE!!!!!!

Crap. I might as well go back to bed.

My husband always gets up before I do to go to the gym. When he does, the dog that sleeps in bed with us moves up from the foot of the bed to snuggle with me. I feel off if I don't get my bed to myself/snuggle with the dog time. The alarm is on his side of the bed, though, so I usually roll over to that side after he leaves so I can hit the snooze button. I'm so conditioned that sometimes when he gets up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, he'll come back to find me on his side. The only other thing that I have to do in the morning is have a Pepsi. And it has to be while I'm at work. It's not the same if I have it before I leave my house or in the car on the way to work.

Give it time, you will be fat.

6:50am- alarm goes off
7:00 get up, dress, make and pack lunch, go to work by 7:30.
8:00 arrive at work - work til noon
12-1 lunch break
1-5 work
home at 5:30-6.
Start making dinner, eat at 7, work on projects til 10, shower, spend a little time with my fiancee, and then go to bed by 12. Usually "a little time" means doing dishes and watching a few minutes of TV together.

No time for Wheeling? It looks as though you all need to adjust your schedule a bit.

6:00am alarm first goes off
6:00-7:00am continue to hit snooze
7:00am get dressed for work
7:30am head up the mountain (wheeling to work)
7:45-12:30 work in the quarry
12:30 Wheel back down the mountain
12:45 Lunch at the local diner
1:30 Wheel back up the mountain
1:45-6:00 work in the quarry
6:00 wheel back down the mountain
eat, sleep, wheel, and repeat

You will be a happier person if you can fit atleast some light wheeling into your daily routine

Work days (every other Wed-every other Sat).

7am-7:15am- Oldest son (17mo) wakes up.

7:10am-7:25am- He gets breakfast and bottle of morning milk.

7:30am- I get first cup coffee.

8am- music time for me and the boy. Classical, country, or reggae.

9am- He gets Disney kids shows, I get second cup of coffee.

9:15am-9:30am- Second son wakes up (5mo).

9:40am he has bottle and is on the floor with his brother and I for "tummy time".

10am First born gets cup of juice/water and a couple of graham crackers and some fruit.

10:30am Second born gets to be in walker or exersauser (stationary walker with rotating seat and tons of toys).

11am First born goes down for a nap.

11:30am Second born usually passes out on mat with blanket and pacifier.

12:30pm Wife gets home, showers, gets lunch, and takes over.

12:45pm I take a nap.

1pm First born wakes up and usually so does second born. Wife takes over.

3pm I get up shower and get dressed.

3:30pm I'm down and getting my dinner for work ready. Another cup of coffee or hot tea. I usually inhale a late lunch as well.

4:30pm I give first born a bath.

5pm I'm off to work.

6:30am I'm off work and home in bed.

Repeat on Wed-(every other Sat).

On days off (every other Sat-Tue).

Same as above, I just get to sleep in on Sun and the wife takes over and I get to work on the vehicles (projects and daily drivers) cut the lawn and do what ever house work is necessary.

8pm I take the first born and we read books as he gets his snack and last bottle of milk. Wife and second born go to bed.

88:40-9pm He goes to bed .

9pm-10pm is Tv or Online.

10pm is bed until 7am the next day.

I live off of 3-4 hrs of sleep a day on work days. Some day my mother in law comes by and I get about 6hrs.
