What's the orange and white sticker I keep seeing?

I might be a complete moron for asking this, and a bigger moron for asking without a picture of said sticker, but I am seeing a million of them on car windows around here and have no idea what it represents. The sticker is about 4" round, white and orange. Roughly half is white the other half is orange, and the border between the two looks "scribbled" in a diagonal direction so there's no straight lines separating the areas. Great description, I know, but it's worth a shot.

Abundant living. I see them everywhere in El Paso. I think it's a church or cult or something.

I know that NOTW stickers are everywhere now. But I haven't seen one like that out here at least.
