whats the dumbest thing another jeeper has ever said to you?

ah yes, another jeeper....even we say dumb thing from time to time, especially when on the trails with our friends

my buddy-"dude, you can make it, im sure of it!"

me-*spinning the hell outa my tires bouncing off redline in 4th gear 4-lo*

my buddy-"oops"

another time, i was out wheeling in my first jeep, a 95 YJ, and i got my jeep stuck in a bad spot. in front of the jeep no more then 3 inches was a 4 foot completely vertical wall of mud, and behind me, wedged under and around my rear tires, very wet rock..(i was in a creek)

i was a rookie at wheeling, and not doing it the correct way to get out, well, according to my other jeeping buddy..lol

he hollars at me "C'mon Khori, get outa the jeep and let me show ya how its done"

so, like an idiot, i get out and let him get in..lol..my spotter stayed in the jeep, and my buddy is rocking the jeep back and fourth slamming thru the gears..lol..finally i hollar "dont break my jeep", he looks at my spotter and asked how the jeep looked on that side bc he kept ramming it into that mud wall....

he turns around and told me my spotter said it was ok....(complete lie by the way)..lol..he finally gets it out, and i look at the right front steel fender, and the front was bent in all the way under...lol...

he then goes "oh, by the way, when i asked your spotter how i was, he told me the fender was digging into the wall but i kept going anyways"...lol

for some reason i wasnt mad...i was laughing to hard...we just bent it back out by hand and it just left a small little dent where the crease was

Him- Why don't you disconnect your front swaybar?

Me- Because its a Currie Anti-Rock sway bar.

Him- It still needs to be disconnected!

Was at the local Meijer one day and when I came out there was some young teenager in his stocker TJ. He says to me "Hey that's a nice Jeep. To bad it isn't trail rated like mine."

I said "Yep, that is the only thing wrong with it"

"We have a Jeep Wrangler too, but it has the hardtop, so it won't come off"

No lie. Exponentially stupid because the Jeep he was sitting in (mine) has a hardtop, which was not on the Jeep when he said it. He had been in my Jeep with the hardtop on before.

"No it ain't that deep watch!"

Said jeeper then proceeded to jump his jeep into the river. After he managed to get out of the jeep there water was about 2" above his hood.

Actually, I won't lie I was the stupid one in this case,

Me: I just bought a new Jeep and was looking to see what bumpers you carry and do you special order?

4WheelParts Store clerk: What do you have an LJ?

Me: No it's a TJ.

The 4Wheel guy never missed a beat and it never dawned on me till I got out of the store and I felt so stupid.
