What is your favorite magazine(4x4 related)

Sup fellas just seein what magazine everyone reads/subscribes to, i've recently picked up a JP Magazine and after readin a few people givin their input on here in another thread i've noticed it is a bit expensive these days($19.99/yr) for what they give us.

i'm sure some someone will say FHM Maxim Playboy Penthouse etc, but i am actually lookin for a magazine related to wheeling that is worth paying for. Thanks for sharing in advance!

Petersens 4wheel & Offroad. Truckin is decent, 4wheeler is good, and I like Car & Driver occasionally too.

New Mexico Driving Rules...
  • As a general rule, the vehicle most in need of a significant amount of bodywork (for which the driver is most likely uninsured) always has the right of way.
  • Never use directional signals when changing lanes. They only serve to give away your next move, causing most NM drivers to speed up and not let you in. In fact, use of directional signals within most large NM city limits is actual illegal.
  • NM law states that at least 50% of all paved surfaces within the state must be under construction at any one time. In all construction zones, at least half of the available lanes must be closed, regardless of whether any actual construction is be accomplished or not. Construction signs shall be regularly repositioned in order to warn drivers about upcoming lane closures immediately after they pass the last exit before traffic backups.
  • Driving through constructions zones with upcoming lane closures is a popular game in NM. Itís called the "speed up and pass as many cars as you can, then see how close to the lane closure you can squeeze back into traffic before hitting any of the orange construction barrels" game.

I get peterson's and JP. If I was paying for them it would only be Peterson's, JP tends to make me angry.

Second the Offroad Adventures. The price is right for sure. Actually they have decent stuff once in awhile.

oh and JP does suck. I've never read a mag where I've hated the editor untill JP. When Cappa goes away I may return.

Love that one. Got it for about 3 years after I bought my tires. Then it suddenly stopped coming.

I can't bear the thought of losing, I dread the attention winning brings

"Dirt Sports" FTW! I stopped reading JP a long time ago, and petersons is about as bad IMO.
