Registered User | Because they've all heard that women have higher pain tolerances than men, so they jump on any chance they can to brag about it. That's the reason. Personally, I don't think it's true anyway. Maybe in some cases, but I've found that I can tolerate physical pain much better than any of the women I've dated/married. They whine about tattoos, minor bruises, scratches, and stubbed toes.
