It's a control panel for a waste water pumping system. The alarm sounds when the water in the tank is too high. There's 3 floats. One near the bottom to turn the pump off, one in the middle to turn the pump on, and one high up to trigger the alarm. There's either a problem with the pump or a blockage in the discharge pipe. One of those switches will silence the alarm. The other ones control the pumps. Make sure they are in the auto position. You can also try switching them into the On/Hand position to lower the water level manually.

Ah.

That's actually behind a plaza where I work. I don't know what's going on with the septic system or even what buildings are attached to it, but I know that a septic service truck has been out there at least three times in the last few months pumping the **** hole, and that was before the alarm even started going off.

Call 911 tell them there is a bomb, I am sure the problem will go away.
