What is a "tow hook mount"

98 I6:Black, F/R Tubular Bumpers, 6 lights, Borla headers and cat-back, K+N cutback, Poweraid TBS 31" BFG M/T, 1" Body lift, D30 and D35, and multiple goodies.

Hank- What is a "Tow Hook Mount", seems to be very important.
