At what point does patience expire?

Just wanted to know what you all had to say.

While waiting for a vendor to right a wrong at what point (after how long) does patience expire? Also throw in the factor of being left almost completely in the dark as to what is going on and when you do speak with them, you feel as if they are jerking your chain!

If you are not getting any communication then you have no choice but to assume shenannigans. Advise the seller that you demand an answer one way or the other immediately; then act accordingly.

That is pretty much the point I am at. Pretty close to calling BS on this whole "we will get it right and get it out to you" deal.

It would be nice to be able to demand an answer...if you were able to speak with someone who knew what in the world is going on. The owner of the company apparently is out of town (he is the one I really want to get a hold of) and the main guy I have been dealing with seems to hardly ever be there. If you leave a message for the second person, pfff! Good luck on getting your call returned!

A package can be anywhere in the US in less than a week. With allowing a couple of days to process the order I would say after 10 days and no reasonable explaination go nuts.

By not returning your calls and actually dealing with your problem, they are setting themselves up.....

If you feel you have been reasonable(what, 30 days?) then take whatever action you feel good about....

I agree. This thing start out by me calling the vendor to make them aware of the problem and at that point they said they would be able to get it to me within 1-1 1/2 weeks. And so it began...

Ten days? Wow! Now I really feel like I have been more than patient! You can multiply 10 a few times and still have plenty left to reach my waiting time!

Seems to me the company does not want or need your money. Cut all ties. Stop payment if need be. There are planty of other companies that provide better customer service than that.

That is where I am screwed! I have already paid them for several things. It was almost a $1300 order...

You would think they would provide you better service after spending that amount but then again they have the $$$ so why worry?

Nope...header bar piece for a roll cage.

There is absoloutely no reason in today's day that an honest seller can't communicate a misunderstanding/ error in shipping/ or whatever.

Like others have said, in the lower 48 you can get a package anywhere in 5 days via ground shipping, and I'd give 3-4 days just to be on the safe side.
