Lateral lines don't usually have stitches.

Besides, a real lateral line would continue up more towards the ribs. This "lateral line" looks like it's going right along the lower abdominal cavity...right where any organs that need removing would be.

People are idiots. I could re-gear with the money they are spending on what looks like plaster and half a carp.
