I'm guessing here, but you are buying outside of your local area, thus undercutting the local dealerships. By charging this amount, it is Jeeps way of trying to keep a level playing field for the local dealers.
I would guess too that if you priced it out for a different area, say maybe out in Cali, that it would have a higher charge for that too.
I may be wrong, but it sounds good.
