I must have forgotten to mention I carry a Kimber Ultra CDP II as well
It may sound weird, but I have this odd feeling about carrying the Kimber. I usually carry the XD9 subcompact most of the time, because I have this fear that I might actually have to use it and it would really piss me off to have my $1300 1911 confiscated while they do ballistics and what not, and who knows if I would get it back and what shape it would be in. So I mainly use it for target and home defense, I know that's probably a little weird, but I'm goofy like that

I have a Hi power as well Agreed about the course, I took a tactics class through the NRA that was awesome, I picked up a few little things I wasn't doing before and for the most part it was very informative.

Not sure what you mean, SA makes a 9mm & .40 in a compact and a sub compact model. 3" and 4" barrel respectively. Or maybe I didn't read the post correctly? That XD9SC is very concealable, the newer models hold 16+1, but they are double stacked so that may be what you're talking about with the wider grip.

If they do, it's not on their website. They have a Compact .45ACP, a 4" Service 9/40 which is the size of a GLOCK 17 (full-size), and a Sub-Compact 9/40, about the size of a GLOCK 26 (sub-compact). No GLOCK 19 sized compact 9mm that I can find. If they did make one I might have bought it.

Check out the XDm Compact (3.8") available in either .40 or 9mm.
http://www.the-m-factor.com/html/specs_1.html
I'm not really familiar with the G19, but specs seem to be pretty close? Granted these are pretty new, so probably not available when you bought your 19. I'm looking pretty close at a .40 tho

If you go with the compact XDm, you won't be disappointed! They are pretty freaking sweet!

Edit, My GU's was not cared for and is rusty, so it has little value out side of me... and these are WWII military issued bulits you see here, been loaded in his night stand scene he got back from the service.

Every time I look at the polish job on that Ruger, I want to sit down with my GP100 for a few hours and do the same thing.
Then I remember I'm lazy so I don't actually do it, but that is some nice work.

I don't have one, but have read a little about them. Reviews seem mixed with the bulk of them slightly on the negative side. I've never shot one tho, so you might find you absolutely love it.

Sig Sauer 226 9mm (older model before the tac rail)
I have been batting around the idea lately of an upgrade. Sig 220 Equinox or perhaps stick with the 226 frame and step up to .357 sig.
