The guys with the weed, and beer scare me way more than the guys with the guns. Course if they had both, intoxicants, and guns, I belive I would just stay home.

Springfield 1911, Ka-bar and 4-cell maglite...and the "Ready!...Fire!...Aim!" mentality.

If it has tracks, tires or tits, its gonna cause a problem.

damn, after reading this thread, I get the feeling America is pretty safe from any foreign invasion. I have yet to come across anybody on the trail that would attack me, but that is also why I have my dog along with me- pitbull/bull mastiff mix. People see her coming, and they turn around running, no matter what they are packing.

Occasionally we go camping/shooting/get drunk. then I carry my Mossberg, and my buddy carries a police issue shotgun ( I have no idea what it is, brand wise)

pitbull/bull mastiff mix...great combo. I would love to take my boxer, Shelby with me but she'd be more burden than help. That dog is all over the place when she's in the Jeep.

I'm partial to the ol' 1911A1 .45 ACP GI Mule but it's my Rosie O'Donnell poster on the nerf bar what scares off the banditos every time.
