The 2008 Jeep Wrangler is not so much an SUV as it is an experience. It's slow and loud, handles poorly, has crummy interior materials and features doors that provide virtually no crash protection. But when it comes to off-road performance, the Wrangler is simply the best choice available.

They good eating? I was using a rooster tail, and as soon as it HIT the water he snatched it and took off. I mean he snatched it HARD, he wasn't screwing around at all lol
The second one was a lot bigger. I am not sure how he managed to snap the line, maybe it was a weak spot but he took my lure ! I'm a saltwater fisherman, and I catch tuna/bluefish/sharks/etc with my knots, so I don't know how he broke it

yeah them Basses are hunting fishes, not like schooling crappie or bluegill. they go for any action lures mostly. try using a palomar knot on your hook, those r almost unbreakable

I use these knots as well, even though many do not recommend them for monofilament line. I use them on every lure and have done so for about 7 years and have had zero breaks/lost lures/etc.

who recommends not to use it? they can be done on any line. My cousin is literally a pro-in-training and he uses that knot all the time on any lure.

I usually uni-knot everything, because they are strong and easily done.. but I'll start rigging my bass stuff up with palomar knots..
Is there any special ways of rigging bass stuff? I have a swivel and a 3' leader. I heard they can see the leader and get shy, so I been using 15lb flurocarbon - is it necessary? I'm all new to this bass fishing stuff so

flurocarbon? they couldnt see that if they already tripped over it. only thing i'd worry about is riggin the lures up right, i recommend a basic texas rig with a green pumpkin stickbait. heavily salted

I'm not sure what my typical knot is called, but it's sort of a cross between the palomar knot and the cliche rapala knot. It's worked well for me

Thanks
Now how can I tell the difference between small and large mouth, are there any "big" differences?
My dad is arguing with me but has never caught a bass in his life so I bet him $100 it's a large mouth
