Weak velcro on soft top

The velcro on my one door constantly comes open. Is there anything I can do to fix this. The top and doors are fairly new. Sometimes when I look at this door it does not seem like I have the window frame on right. It looks a little bunched and the window has slight creases in it. I did not purchase it, the top came with the jeep.
Is it cheaper to have the velcro replaced or to replace the door/window piece.
PS - now the other window is starting to look a little bubbly (not tight and smooth) is this just something that happens with time?

Is the top stock or a aftermarket top? My windows a not perfectly smooth eather on my stock top but my velcro holds pretty good. If the velcro is the only problem check out shops that make boat tops they can fix it cheaper then replacing most of the time.

besttop. I wonder if the doors were replaced the same time as the top.

Do the upper doors have rounded corners or square ones in the back? If they are rounded, it is a supertop, and you can replace the windows. If it is a replace a top, using factory hardware, I am not sure what can be replaced.
