man, i haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate my roomates when it comes to this, well mainly just the one gross dirty ******* i have lived with for a year and a half...... he has only replaced the tp role a couple times, EVER!!!! he usually just places it on the floor UNDERNEATH the empty roll! i have run an experiment to see if he will replace a roll: let him finish one, he obviously places the roll on the floor. let it sit there for a few days, still he cant put it up. remove the empty tube and replace empty holder, keep roll and floor. he still cant put it on!!!!!!!!

plus the only time or two he has replaced it, it was backwards from the way it should be: OVER THE TOP!

anybody use the "military" style wipe? fold one piece into a small square and tear the corner off. stick your thumb through to clean the area and then use the small piece previously torn off to clean under your nails?

oh yes, over the top

I hate knuckle draggers! My old roommate would only replace it this way and it just pisses me off. The TP goes towards the pot, not the wall.

Oh dont even get me started about refiling it in general.

That or cleaning the inside of it. Gawd i hate my roommates

Heck I am just glad if some one refills the damn thing. Nothin worse than discovering that you are out of TP after a taco bell meal quickstep to the loo.

I think the last study I read about (I have eclectic reading habits) showed that most men used over the top and most women did it the wrong way.

I can really care less about what way it is, as long as its there. Now, my wife on the other hand… She has to have it backwards I guess. When I replace it, I replace it what ever way seems right at the time, may it be wrong or right. I have however, come to realize if I put it “over the top” when I return, I will find it turned around.

If you have kids/cats and you insist on going overthe top, buy stock in Charmin, your gonna need it. My 2year old will unroll a roll that is "over the top" in about 1 nano second. If it come from the "back side" she just spins the roll and giggles.

You know, this is the second topic to come up on both JeepForum and a certain guitar forum. Both happened on the same days, too.
