That was a bad idea. . . What were they trying to accomplish? Rolling it over into the mud? They should have winched it out from a recovery point at the front or rear of the vehicle. . .

Rule #1 Bolt the cage to the frame, not the body.
Rule #2 Pull from the front or back not the middle or side.

Were they trying to roll it or just use it as a big mud scoop?

That's pretty metal... and I'm trying to figure out what they were trying to accomplish there too. I mean, if it's not already on its side, pulling from there isn't going to do a whole lot...

i think they were wanting to put more weight onto the drivers side to create traction so he could drive forward at the same time
