warning- highly offensive comment to jeeps (not from me, some FB kid)

my friend is looking to get a used car, so were suggesting cars for him on his status updates (you gotta know FB to know what that means)

so of course i suggest a TJ, now after i do this, this kid justin writes back....

WARNING, WHAT YOUR ABOUT TO READ MAY CAUSE YOU TO ACT IRRATIONALLY

"Dude dont get a wrangler, they are peices of ****. I work on more jeeps at work than anything. I fail 8 of 10 for inspection. The tubs rot like no other and they always have engine/tranny/suspension problems. And they arent even that great offroad or comfortable and they suck in the snow. My mom had one 04 Rubicon. My Xterra, Pathfinders, and Ranger out wheel Jeeps with no problem and thats all I do is wheel and work on cars so I know. If you really want a comfortable affordable and offroad capable car look and Rangers, mine is a 99 xlt stepside with offroad package and 3 inch lift over the factory lift the truck rides great and is plenty powerful enough, I had to regear for the tires. Also look at Tacomas, and Frontiers.

Just my $.02, I live with with Trucks/Suvs/Cars and working on them, offroading them. So I know."

whoa. give me some responses here....

So he had to lift and regear his ranger to outwheel his MOM's jeep?

Hopefully the prospective car buyer took that advice with a grain of salt..

I love how so many people seem to think they know everything about everything.

a ranger with a 3" lift has plenty of power? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA This kid sounds like he also thinks Hondas with V-tecs are the fastest cars on the planet. My buddy has a ranger and in all seriousness its not bad for what it is but if you want to pass anyone on the highway FORGET IT. I'll take my 4.0 anyday
