Wal*Mart admits to spying campaign with employees
This is interesting... Seems way over the top, spying for SPECTRE (Special Executive for Counter Intelligence, Terrorism, Revenge, Extortion).

it's not about employee theft, it's all about the unions, that would cost walmart more then they would ever lose due to theft
you know, if they had to pay people enough to live on, and had any benefits |

I have yet to see a thread anywhere on the net or read any stories that show how walmart is doing good. Or how much people appreciate having a walmart in their town. I have yet to see anyone say they are happy with walmart and all of the made in China crap they sell. Yet in fiscal year of 2004 they made $10.3 billion in profit, yes in PROFIT. Walmart made nearly $20,000 profit every minute of every day. For comparison, Target’s profit per minute is $6,084 and Costco’s profit per minute is $1,711.
They sure do make a hell of a lot of money for being hated by almost everyone. Only one way to make it better quit shopping there until they improve. Information was taken from Brand autopsy.

The only good thing WM has done is bring us cheap ****.
No-one seems to notice that through their evolution, the business ethos they created destroyed domestic entrepreneurship. |

Ive been in Wal Mart a few times. The only time I actually bought something was when I was camping last year and needed some supplies at 11pm and the local grocery store was closed. I parked the Jeep really far away and snuck in. Didnt want any fellow Jeepers seeing me. I felt ashamed of myself afterward.

Never, Never? I'll have to admit that Walmart gets from 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per year from me and my wife. I wouldn't work there unless I had no other choice or had a great offer from them or was real hungry, but I don't slam anyone for there employment a walmart. I don't know their situation. I do know that I have literally gnawed an hole through a few managers at different Walmart stores over time for their sheer rudeness and lack of good customer service.

I truly hate Wal-Mart. It’s the last resort when I need to buy some thing. I’ll pay the extra 50¢ to not buy my product from them. Plus the fact is, Wal-Mart is clear on the other side of town, so its not worth the cost in fuel. I don’t go to Sam’s Club either. I really don’t need a gallon of mayonnaise.
An old friend of mine works for Wal-Mart. Makes pretty good money, hes been there awhile. Another one also drives for Wal-Mart out of some depo in north Cali. Hes down here from time to time to pick up dog food from Purina. |
