Urban exploration.

Just wondering if anyone here does any urban exploration. Or Cave searching. I have found a couple cool caves around me and i know of a really big and really sweet cave in St. Paul.

If you dont know what urban exploration here is a quick definition from wikipedia- "Urban exploration (often shortened as urbex or UE) is the examination of the normally unseen or off-limits parts of urban areas or industrial facilities."

Pretty much you go search old abandoned buildings and off limits areas in your area.

If you do this pleas post up some pics of yourself doing this.

I've never done it, but there is a ton of abandoned steel mills that my friends who graduated a couple of years ago used to always go into. And some girl from my school got trashed and drove her car through a steel mill if you want to call that urban exploration.

While I was in Germany, we came across some old bunkers and decided to explore. We walked down about 3 stories of stairs underground and came to a steel cage door. On the door was a relatively new sign that had a warning about explosive charges set beyond it and any trespassing will result in death. We decided to go check out the local beer garden instead. As we came out, there were 4 or 5 German Soldiers in a truck. We found out that we hiked right onto a German Army base and they came to check us out. They gave us a ride to the base cafeteria and showed us around... pretty cool experience in all

You're in Hubbard? Cool! next time I'm visiting my folks in Y-town, I'll give you a holler.

The combination of the latter two items alone costs China the equivalent of 14% of its GDP each year." - Jared Diamond, Collapse: How Societies Choose to Fail or Succeed

I'm not sure where any of them are at, I heard a lot of the mills my friends used to go to have people working in them, or at least people stealing copper pipes and wires.
