Wow...they're selling it. This one was featured on the Travel Channel...the man's wife needed a wheel chair friendly motor home.

No real sure why I want one, but I want one.

Driving it would make me feel like Mad Max....

Wonder if they will make one with a TJ size garage?

It would be great with the exception of 6mpg on the highway and getting squashed trying to get the spare down.

You wouldn't have to worry about traffic jams while driving that thing. Just hammer down and plow your way through. Does it come with a double barrelled 12 gauge pistol?

This has nothing to do with avatars, but twenty-some years ago I saw a Jeep going down the road with what looked like an over-the-cab camper sitting on it. It was so long that a third axle had been added. (Would that make it a 6x4?) At the time, I thought it was some crazy concoction cobbled together in a backyard, waiting for publication in Mechanix Illustrated. Years later, reading a history of Jeeps, I discovered that it was once an option. I have no information on how many were made or sold.

Interesting.
It would be a 6x6 if all 6 tires were linked together.

It appeared to be just a tag axle.
