Age group for xjs is usually around 18-20s I'm 21 you HAVE to be 21 to get in the festival.... And just because people have jeeps means they don't like techno, dubstep, hardstyle....? That makes no sense to me.

Sounds like a lot of good music but WAY too many tweekers for my liking. HOW MUCH DID YOU SAY TICKETS WERE

Have you looked at Governors Island?
http://www.governorsbeachclub.com/home.php

The season is winding down but usually around the 4th of July they have a three day EDM fest, usually a couple of Jazz, some punk and some symphony type events.
I think the VIP tick for the most expensive was aroung $100 and a lot of the general admission is free.

I was there in '11 and saw Paul Van dyke, dirty south and Avicii
http://www.dancingastronaut.com/tag/governors-island/

Much closer to home and now where near as hot.

Don't stereotype
I've been listening since I was billeted to run the enlisted club in 90 when most was still mixed live from vinyl. Before I was forced to start listening I was pure Ozzy, Scorpions, edgar winter etc. the only Def that jammed was Def Leppard and they were some snot nosed kids that opened for Ozzy

My daughter is older than 21.

All I meant is that the general age group of JF users is beyond the age group you see at these festivals. You might have better luck to go to a music/festival forum and ask if anyone else going drives a Jeep. You could meet up with a bunch of Jeeps/XJs and park or camp together. Actually I think it'd be neat to do that, I'm just not really a fan of the festival scene.

I might be going to Pretty Lights in Nashville and Auburn. Might be going to the Halloween show in Nashville with Flux, Savoy, Skism, and Roksonic. I don't have the money for big festivals...

If I did, I'd be going to EDC Vegas.

Hardwell, Dada, Porter Robinson, Dillon Francis...basically everyone will be there.

How am I stereotyping!?
My favorite kind of music is classic rock
I love def leppard, pink floyd.... I think iv been to wwwayyy more rock concerts then techno, hell this is my first but I love all kinda of music.
If you think I was stereotyping people who own xjs and how old they are your wrong, there was a thread on how old xj owns are and usually the number landed between 19-22.
And I don't believe you have a daughter that's over 21, pictures or she's not real.

You know if I go to my tomorrow world web sites and ask that I'm going to get a bunch of stock wranglers, with owners who have never touched a wrench. lol

Mines comes with almost everything inside the festival, showers, tents already set up for me, blow up mattresses............ Also it comes with a 5 day pass. I bought 2 one for me and my girl cost around a grand. Which honestly is not that bad, it's actually cheaper to buy this then to go to multiple small concerts.

So how was it? My daughter wants to go to Tomorrowland when she graduates, but it is still 2 years from now. She really wants to go to Something Wicked with me at the end of the month, but isn't old enough. Most of the folks on here aren't into EDM, but I listen to all types of music from Judas Priest to Diana Krall and a lot of EDM mixed in.

It was like a different world
Everyone was nice, we left are tent open with a couple grand in it and no one touched it or are booze which we left outside the tent.
I'm defiantly going next year.
Tomorrow land tickets are next to impossible to get, 180,000 tickets sold out this year in seconds.
