My gf will always ask me to do very simple tasks:

GF- Can you hang this picture up for me?

Me- you know where the hammer and nails are, why can't you just do it?

GF- Thats a man's job.

Me- oh yeah, what's a women's job then?

GF- silence

I was waiting for her to say "cleaning" or "cooking", but she caught on.

Sounds like a good way to insure that you won't get sex.

All that squealing and moaning that she does is distracting.

My mom and I used to spell things out so my sister would not know what we were talking about.

my sister is 9 years older than I am.

A few years ago a bunch of us were hanging out on the lake and swimming behind the boat and this girl that was with my friend stepped on a shovel underwater(just the shovel part, the handle was missing), and she is still convinced to this day that shovel was left there when they were digging the lake...

My wife still can't get used to a 24-hour clock - I've been thinking on a 24-hour clock since I was six (found out about it then, though it made good sense.)

I write dates DD-MMM-YYYY - and say them that way. Seems to screw everybody up - but she's finally gotten used to it.

At least she grasps the phoenetic alphabet (I still use it - fmr AF radioman & private pilot.)
