Right after I transported my 2A in from CO, I found a 3A project 90% complete 15 miles away. 44s f & r, gusseted frame, Buick V6, TH350, and 1/2 org body for $2K . Almost bought it for the hell of it but I have too much stuff now.

Actually, thats not just a "TJ with a sticker package." Jeep came out in 2004 with a limited edition Willys version. My dad has one as well:

ok let me rephrase that. it is just a TJ with a special color, stickers and bolt on stuff. IMO, it is just a TJ

That picture is how the Jeep comes stock. STOCK. It's not like someone people on an aftermarket "Willys" sticker. It COMES like that. This is a "2004 Willy's Jeep." Is it a TJ body style? Yes. Is it a Willys? Yes. Look at the Jeep website. http://www.jeep.com/willys/

By the way, nowhere did I state or imply that it was better than a "classic Willys" with regards to looks. However, as my dad's only vehicle, which he drives everyday to work, it's pretty nice to say "I drive a Willys everyday" while most people who own a "classic" only drive it occasionally.
