This crap made me laugh so hard I almost cried. A Russian professor is predicting the collapse of the United States by 2010 (end of June to be specific) due to the financial fallout worsening and civil war erupting. That isn't the best part. The best is his prediction of the US being split up amongst other countries.

I'll let ya form your own opinions, but like I said, I got a good laugh out of it.

California will form the nucleus of what he calls "The Californian Republic," and will be part of China or under Chinese influence. Texas will be the heart of "The Texas Republic," a cluster of states that will go to Mexico or fall under Mexican influence. Washington, D.C., and New York will be part of an "Atlantic America" that may join the European Union. Canada will grab a group of Northern states Prof. Panarin calls "The Central North American Republic." Hawaii, he suggests, will be a protectorate of Japan or China, and Alaska will be subsumed into Russia.

You can find this in the sporting goods department. That's right, this sweet baby was made in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Retails for about a hundred and nine, ninety five. It's got a walnut stock, cobalt blue steel, and a hair trigger. That's right. Shop smart. Shop S-Mart. You got that?

under that scenario, Californians would get to remain communists while the rest of us have to change our way of life . . . that is so not fair

This will only happen if our own government manages to disarm us.
Which it seems to be trying to do, currently.

I like burritos.

He's got the timeline wrong though. It'll be April 2012.

map is a bit unrealistic

NM/AZ/CA would become Mexico. TX would become its own country, and everything east of it thats currently in blue would turn red

I'd love to see CARB try and tackle Mexico.

I would love to see how the Good old boys and the rednecks(Like Me, even though I am from Oregon), and the like from the southern states react to having Mexico try to Govern them.

Just think about the song "Country boy can Survive". I think the old saying "The South will rise again", is more Likely!

I can also Oregon, Washington and Idaho going to Canada.

As for Kentucky, and Tennessee and maybe even West Virginia staying with east coast states, I don't see that either.

And in reality, I don't think any of it will happen. I don't think the power barrens of our capitolocracy will allow their power base(The middle and lower class workers/money spenders)to be divided up!

I don't see how washington and oregon would not go to Canada.
It looks like they gave this guy a pencil and he did it blind folded without any research

the initial plans had it that way, but Canada traded Washington and Oregon to China for a bulk of bags to store milk in
