Nick we didn't see the witness. He claimed to me he was across the street but instead of walking over he called them maybe 15-30 minutes later. I called him and recorded the conversation so he will have to remember what he told me if we end up going to Court.

Did he say whether or not he was at a business? Or just on the street?

Best of luck to you Keith.

I'm currently dealing with an insurance claim that has turned into a he-said-she-said. There were no witnesses or police report and it's quite the headache. Small amount of damage too.

That's quite shady of them to pull a maneuver such as that and weird with the witnesses. I guess they don't care about being decent businessmen.

Any additional information about the guy will be extremely beneficial.

You have to admit, this guy does look like a credible witness.

That's their employee Sly Woynowski who is going to be a witness.

What would be amazing is if Recon could, without any harassment at all or calls/e-mails to any of them find a link between their witness "Justin Walker" and their company or an employee of theirs.

That makes a lot more sense, I was thinking that the guy pictured was Justin, and so I was trying to find social networking pages based on that. Can you PM me the phone number he called you from? Won't call it, just wanna try a reverse phone on it.

If he was in the truck at the time he can't be used as a witness. You need to find out what the other guy was doing across the street. If he works there or was a customer at a business. For him to see what happened there are only two or three places where he could have been considering the layout of the intersection (4 way)

Keith, you should find the spot on google maps and point out where the vehicles and people were (roughly).
