Temporary travel visas/passport questions

Alright so me and my buddies are planning a trip to Cancun for spring break. Everyone has a passport and that's no issue. However, one of my friends is Croatian and still doesn't have full U.S. Citizenship. He has a green card and we're not sure how to go about doing this. Is there a way to get a temporary travel visa or something he can get? Or would it just not be possible for him to go with us.

Thanks in advance.

The Jeep is a manly device. And a womanly device. An American device. Its a fitting instrument to transport the free people of a free nation with the respect to which we are entitled and the dignity that we deserve. Okay, were a little crazy to have a Jeep for a daily driver. But if we go off our meds, we might wind up in a Prius

I know from personal experience and a recent trip to Cozumel that you will have no problems. The U.S. permanent resident card and Croatian passport will be all your friend needs to visit Mexico and return to the U.S. He does not need a visa to enter Mexico nor to return to the U.S. If you have any questions on specifics, feel free to PM me.
