One thing they don't skimp on is lettuce. They always give me too much.

Hi, I would like a footlong oven roasted chicken breast on italian herbs and cheese with provolone cheese, toasted. Please add lettuce, tomato, green peppers, black olives, banana peppers, and the chipotle southwest sauce.

Side note of a side note: the subway that i go to is the one jared "walked" to every day. This subway is located in an apartment building with a store front on Atwater Ave. in Bloomington. Jared lived in the apartments above the store. So his "walk" to subway every day consisted of a flight of stairs

You and I have the same tastes. I usually get the sweet onion chicken teriyaki as a first choice, and the bacon chicken ranch as a second. Those are pretty good and I eat there a few days a week figuring it's more sanitary and healthy than other fast food. I'd recommend the 6" barbacoa if you have a dog.

I wish there were other sub shops around here. I'd like to try the other places people are mentioning.

so good The nearest one is 20 mins away though Back in Chicago there's one every block! My parents were actually at Eastern Illinois (Charleston, IL) in '83 which was where the first opened up shop. One of my mom's friends dated one of the guys in college, can't remember which one though.

We've got one about 10 minutes from the house and there's also one about 4 blocks from work that just opened up last week, so I can hit it on the way
