Star Wars Episode III

I know I'm a bit behind the times but I jsut saw this movie. DEAR GOD what a piece of crap. I'm not hating on it because it's cool to do so. I wanted this movie to be good. I wanted to enjoy it. But the writing and acting were absolutely atrocious. The final scene with Vader and the Emperor? That was downright embarrassing. One weekend I'm going to sit down and watch all 6 episodes back to back so I can really appreciate how much sense it DOESN'T make.

I would have to say when the emporer told Vader to rise the scene looked like something out of Frankenstein. Even the screne was different imaging than the rest.
Or maybe just me

You can't tell me this surprised you; you just described every Star Wars movie! I've enjoyed all of them because I simply check my mind (and my expecations) at the door. Seems to work well, as I have yet to be disappointed.

I actually liked it. I though it had one of the sickest end scenes of any movie (obi wan vs vader fight)

agreed. i liked the story, and the action was great. but the acting. send the whole cast back to drama class and hope they pass this time.

I really liked it. My only complaint was that Vader's 'accent' was not consistant with Episodes 4-6. Didn't they use James Earle Jones again?

Yea they used him again, but he's aged, so his voice has changed slightly.

Again, I went into the movie, and came out pissed. Did Lucas run out of money at the ending scene? "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

what weak sauce....

II Empire Strikes Back

III Return of the Jedi

no ewoks.

that in itself made the movie bearable.

only one itty bitty scene with jar jar floppy ear`d dumbo binks- and he didnt talk.

that made the movie a little more bearable.

the popcorn was good.....the theatre was empty...and my wife was in a cuddly mood.

it WAS a good movie....now, what was it about??
