So, I use the ladies room...

At work (I'm a high school teacher), we have these staff bathrooms in my hallway....they are single-user locking bathrooms, and for years there were just signs on the door that said "STAFF". Our classroom key opens the door and then you lock a deadbolt when you're in, so no chance of anyone busting in on you.

Well there are two of these staff bathrooms in my hall. One is really close to my room, and the other one is waaaaaaay down the hallway at the other end. This past summer they remodeled our building a bit, and when I came back from summer break there is a sign like this under the "STAFF" sign:

The man sign is on the one at the other end of the hall.

None of the teachers care about the new signs, and everyone on my end of the hall uses the one by my room with the lady on it, and everyone on the other end of the hall uses the man one. There is only one problem with this situation: new students don't know that the restrooms weren't always mens/womens restrooms... so I regularly get comments from students (freshmen mostly) about using the ladies room.

I see this as a great opportunity for some fun with the freshmen, but I can't come up with a good excuse/comeback/witty retort for when I come out of the ladies room and some little dork says something about it.

The best I've got so far is "That's not a lady. It's a guy in a wing suit." but it's getting old. I am in need of some one-liners. ...and I believe I've come to the right place.

We enter the zone of impressive numbers when we consider the onetime cost of the 1996 floods ($27 billion, but still cheaper than the 1998 floods), the annual direct losses due to desertification ($42 billion), and the annual losses due to water and air pollution ($54 billion). The combination of the latter two items alone costs China the equivalent of 14% of its GDP each year." - Jared Diamond, Collapse: How Societies Choose to Fail or Succeed

Pat the student on the shoulder and say "some day you'll understand" then walk away.
