anybody know what color krylon or other brand spray paint best matches sienna pearl coat?

Sorry can't help ya there. But, you can look around and maybe find some Duplicolor or some other brand to match.

any old brand would work. i'm looking to tape over the info plate in the driver's door channel and paint it sienna.

Good luck finding Sienna paint that matches, you have to get it custom mixed...
As for the door jam, black electrical tape is barely noticeable over the tags...

You have to upload a file from your computer, not put the IMG tags around the link to it. The only time you can use the IMG tags is when you are linking from a website.
