I hope you're joking. Guns don't kill people any more than knives jump up and slam themselves into people on their own. Guns and knives are inanimate objects. Should we ban scissors and axes too?

Stupid people with guns kill people... unless, of course, the dead person deserved it. In that case the person with the gun was just acting in self defense.

the pump action isnt very smooth. kinda hard. figured it would need to be oiled up?
Yeah, a little oil probably wouldn't hurt. Has it ever been taken apart and cleaned? I had an old Remington 870 that was feeling sluggish. Took it apart and cleaned it out. Made a difference. We had been shooting clay birds with it and there was a lot of crud in the action.

The lifetime permit has been out for years, however I was told at the sheriff's dept that next year it could possibly be going away. You can renew within 60 days of your current permit expiring.

Yeah, you kinda did.

Gary is now the proud owner of:

Smith & Wesson 357
Ruger Single Six (with the magnum cylinder)
Smith & Wesson 38 snub nose
Marlin 22
Remington 870
30-30 Winchester (model 94)

I used to like revolvers til one jumped out of my
underwear drawer and tried to kill.
(good thing I had the bullets locked up!)

I'm keeping my Gamo Hunter pellet gun.
(Gary ain't getting that)

BTW, they better not ban the axe, or my house is going
to get really cold this winter.....

Thanks to the post-election panic you can probably still get the SKS for $300 but you can forget the bunch of ammo! I haven't even gotten the semi-auto shotgun that I ordered before the election and it has already gained $200 in value! It's crazy!

Yeah, I should have thought about that... I bought my Romanian AK last febuary off gunbroker for $400 shipped. I was in one of the local gun shops last week, and they wanted just a touch under $600 for the same rifle... I need to get my new bolt rifle ordered ASAP!
