I have a hard time imagining some one being impaled with a forklift prong, although I guess if I saw it I would probably never want to think of it again.

It happened at one of my old jobs. Guy got pinned by a yellow concrete pole though.

yeah I guess I should specify stabbing someone that isnt pinned or held up in any way and the forklift isnt moving at like 20+ MPH.

In all fairness, it's not a real safety video but a satire short about safety videos. I hadn't seen it since 2000 when it came out but it instantly popped into my head for some reason. I laughed just as hard while re-watching it for the first time in 8 years.

happened at a place i used to work, guy took a corner too fast and tipped it a bit loosing control, had his forks way too high. got another dude right through the leg.
forklifts are "usually" governed at 3-5mph.

The hysters I used to drive had 3 forward gears (manual column shift). They could get MOVING.

Okay do any of you ex military remember the Airman Larry safety videos? I have been trying to find them with no luck.
