For those of you on here that have been on my club forum and filled it with spam bull****. My club and I are filing a class action suit against you. yes, and I want to go on the record as saying that I thought about taking down your forum, Matt Evans, but it is in my better interest not to. I do not approve or disprove what may or may not be done to your forum. And in case you think taking your website down is just an empty threat, it's not. Many people here, including myself, have the means.

Just out of curiosity, you have none of their names. Posting on your board is not illegal and you made the decision to take it off line. You can't claim that the posts caused you any loss since they did not cause any damage to your forum.

As for trying to sue JF, you have no cause. You provided all the information people had willingly and of you own volition. You have no ones name and no way to get them, trying to file in 50 states and however many countries would be a nightmare and you simply don't have the time to try (your own admission that you have no time).

no, you wont do all that, and you know it. I have yet to run across a post on here where anyone has threatened you physically, or have threatened your family physically. YOU posted your number and email on the web for all to see. Your careers were found on the internet. Also, spamming your forum is not illegal as far as I know. Also, I see no evidence the would that would support a law suit against jeep forum, or anyone on this forum.

Honestly instead of hiring a lawyer to attempt to sue everyone (by the way you'd lose), it'd be much cheaper to just give the money back or send parts.
