I miss a lot of ny old cars. My first car was an 84 Olds Toronado. Black with white leather. Fully loaded. Loved that car and still miss it. I sold it to buy my first Fiero, which I still have.
I miss my 88 K5 Blazer too. Fuel injected 350 with a 4 speed.
My first Jeep was a 95 Sahara YJ that got t boned and totaled. I honestly wish I still had it over my 06 Rubi.
And the 2000 ZR2 I replaced the YJ with was a great truck. I only kept it for 8 months before I traded it on the 05 RME TJ I used to have.
Loved that truck but I just HAD to get back in a Jeep.

Sorry for the long post. Some people tell me I have a problem (I currently have 8 cars and a bike) but I just can't seem to bring myself to sell anything!

Also now that my XJ is wrecked Im missing that baby too. I havent even owned her a year and it sucks. but anyhow lifes a dance you learn as you go.

My Goal:

I was just a cowl hood away already had the IROCS but can find the picture. damn it looked awesome!

i wish i hadnt wreck my first car, it was 1 2.2l 5 speed s10. damn i got to be good at drifting that thing on back roads. had it for 6 months, i got my license in it, then 1 month after, i was drifting it around about 1 mile from my dads house doing about 45, i shifted into 4th to my wheel speed up, and it induced understeer, right into a freaking tree. ill buy another some day, they are a dime a dozen, and this time ill have the v6 and itll be a ZQ8 regular cab.

I traded in my first car, a 1991 black Z28 camaro for a 1998 Z28. I loved my new camaro alot, but I regret trading it in because it was mint and perfect shape for a 3rd gen camaro. I loved it. I wish I knew where it was, I would try to buy it back. I also miss my 1998 Z28 I eventually sold to buy my Jeep.

I recently received an e-mail from a girl I knew well in high school, (many moons ago). Her dad had a 69 Charger Daytona which she occasionally got to drive. It had the 440ci and was scary fast. Her dad had passed away many years ago and the car had since sat covered and unused in her moms garage. Just before Christmas they sold the car. I shed a tear that day. Not many of us old Mopar guys still around but Im sure given the chance who wouldn't jump on a chance to own something like that?

I have 2 of them:

1987 Olds "Gutless Cutlass". There was no rust at all on the car. But being in Boston, MA for College, I could only afford 1 vehicle, and I didn't want this car to see salt. I bought it for $4000 and 1 1/2 years later sold it for $4300.

1998 Chevy Pickup.

Reg Cab Short Box, V6, standard, 2wd, 2"/4" drop, murdered. This truck was fun to drive. But I got hit in the side, and decided to trade it in on the Tahoe instead of repairing it. (It had mechanical problems starting about the same time.)

I regret selling my '96 XJ last spring. That thing got me through college with almost no problems, and was the first vehicle I bought entirely with my own money. I wheeled it and I was pretty hard on it, but took very good care of it maintenance-wise and repair-wise. The kid I sold it to was about my age when I started college. My friend said he saw it on the other side of the city, with an added roof rack.

I still think about that thing.

Putting the lift on (one of the only pics I have on photobucket ):
