seatbelt help please!

My jeep grand cher 2011 front passenger seatbelt is stuck. My wife put shoulder strap over the head rest .it will not release and the tension is very tight. How can i fix it?

Hi slipthescreen and to the forum.

I had a problem with the front driver seat belt on another vehicle of ours and ended up taking it to the dealer. The service rep fixed it for free right there on the spot. It might be worth a try and see if you have the same results as me. Iím sure that they see that sort of thing from time to time.

Virtually any issue that directly fits the "safety" category ( and to a great extent "emissions" is the same) is usually addressed instantly and either cheaply or free. Reason is simple:
