Why would the guy mix the stuff with a match if it's so "dangerous"?

We got a lighter on the plane when we
were coming back form Texas.
The TSA guy went through my wife's
backpack, and found it. He asked what
it was, and I said it was a lighter that looks
like a 30-30 Winchester. He looked at it, and
put it back in the backpack. My wife was going
to put in the suitcase, and forgot all about it.

Point is, the TSA guy knew it was a lighter,
and still let us go on through.

Way back when, I was having them made
up and selling them on Ebay.
Any vinyl place should be able to make them up.

This is definitly a fake. I do blasting and demolitions for mining as my main source of income now. What you saw in that video was just a common black powder bomb. Note all the smoke, high explosives make little or no smoke at all. Also if it was a binary explosive it would have to have a booster charge or at least a number 8 blasting cap to detonate and it would have probably took out the post too.
