Rust Bullet
I'm building a new front bumper for my YJ and as long as I have a 3 x 6 inch piece of square tube up front I'm going to seal it up and us it as an air tank. The tube has been in my shed for over a year so it's got some rust on and in it.
My question is, Anyone use the Rust Bullet stuff advertised on one of JF banners? I can't paint the inside then weld it closed so I need some sealing paint that is thin enough to pour in and slosh around. I want to paint it inside because I know condensate will rust it out otherwise. I was originally thinking of the rustoleum rust reformer stuff because it's cheap and available anywhere. If this rust bullet is that much better I'll use it inside and out of the bumper (before I bedline the outside)

I am a fan of POR15
but I read some reviews online and it seemed like rust bullet works. I have no person experience with rust bullet though. but POR15 is one of the greatest products ever |

Etch it. You can get concrete etcher at home improvement stores that works really well. It'll burn all of the rust off of the steel and allow you to paint on bare metal.
